Evaristo Lopez Rios, founder of the La Pampa restaurant, envisioned these new needs and understood the need to create this type of restaurant, a place that specializes in the development of grilled meats, which could enjoy the taste of beef and a large quality, coupled with a good wine and of course, all this surrounded by a tranquil and friendly atmosphere.
